Focus: Strategic Communication and participation with the topics energy, mobility and infrastructure
Christian Klasen studied Sustainability Management, European Politics and Empirical Social Research at Leuphana University of Lüneburg and Marmara University Istanbul. Furthermore he graduated in Sustainable Development Cooperation from TU Kaiserslautern, focusing on Energy Economy and Politics. He worked for the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation in Istanbul in the fields of Energy Security and the Promotion of Democracy before relocating into a major PR agency in Berlin. Christian Klasen joined IFOK in 2010 and supports companies and departments on federal and state level by linking the fields of energy, mobility and infrastructure with strategic communication. The main focus of his work is to involve participatory tools into political processes.
