Kathrin Bimesdörfer has substantial expertise in shaping change processes through managing multi-stakeholder platforms as well as citizen and stakeholder participation. Her analytical strength lies in transformation, sustainability strategies, renewable energies and climate change. Her clients include ministries, associations and international organizations. Kathrin Bimesdörfer joined IFOK in 2010 with work experience for GIZ and a master’s degree from Harvard University in the United States. Kathrin has also worked in cooperation with Cadmus Group in Boston and on a variety of international projects. In addition to her role at IFOK she regularly publishes and gives lectures for the GIZ International Leadership Training and the Leuphana University in Lüneburg.
