Focus: Climate and Renewable Energy
Lena Judick is an expert in participation processes in the field of climate and energy. She holds extensive professional experience in international contexts and is an expert facilitator and moderator. She regularly consults clients on multi-phase, multi-stakeholder dialogue processes, such as developing Germany’s Climate Action Plan 2050 with contributions from public sector, private sector, businesses and civil society.
In 2012, she graduated with distinction with a master’s degree in Sustainability and Quality Management from Berlin’s University of Economics and Law. Prior to joining IFOK in 2013, she worked for the Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vesta in its Berlin office. Alongside her role at IFOK, she is currently doctoral candidate at the University of Hamburg, where she is writing a PhD on climate protection in business.
