Why do you work at ifok?

ifok operates in fields with a high social relevance – we make a difference by designing, sustainably shaping and (helping to) implement processes of change in an effective and target group-oriented way.

Since when have you been working here and where were you previously?

I have been part of ifok since February 2019. Previously, I was a spokesperson for a program on administrative modernization with project management at GPM, the German Association for Project Management. Before that, I worked for more than 10 years in operational and management positions in international foundations and associations.

What drives you in your working life?

The dynamics and focus on solutions at ifok are fun – I like our culture of cooperation and collegial support.

What do you like doing in your free time?

Forest walks and yoga 😊
