“I like being on the road and getting to know people and their lives.”
What made you decide to work at ifok?
I find the challenges of our time – their complexity and dynamics of change – extremely interesting. How can spaces for learning and exploration be opened up for society as a whole? How do co-creative processes emerge for innovative approaches to solutions and a confident approach to the uncertainty of our time? ifok brings different perspectives for innovative future design into synergy and strengthens social cohesion.
How long have you been part of the ifok team and where were you before?
I have been at ifok since the beginning of 2020. Before that, I oversaw organisational development processes. I managed the Rhine-Main site for a non-profit organisation and shaped the intersectoral exchange of decision-makers and influencers from business and non-profit, politics and administration, science and culture.
What sets you apart at the office?
I am a fan of pointed lateral thinking. I enjoy exploring complex challenges and looking for clever solutions together with others. At ifok, I enjoy the opportunities to bring people from completely different worlds into open exchange and to observe how a dynamic of mutual inspiration develops and completely new approaches emerge.
Which three things can you not do without on your next vacation?
I like being on the road and getting to know people and their lives. I carry a notebook with me, because the best ideas often come up when the brain is in holiday mode. I always bring good green tea and openness for the unexpected with me.
